Operating principle of the EvaPor evaporator
Nitrogen or other inert gas is supplied to the distribution unit through the fitting attached to the distribution unit. The unit is equipped with individual nitrogen supply valves (according to the number of ports for the tubes). It helps to save inert gas by supplying it only to where it is needed.
The distribution unit is also equipped with a screw position regulator, bearing supports and a key, which allow adjusting the position of the distribution plate relatively to the surface of the thermo-distribution base (optional). The number of tubes required for the process is installed into the ports of the thermo-distribution base, then the distribution unit is lowered to the appropriate height, and nitrogen is fed at the applicable speed into the corresponding tubes. Temperature parameters required for heating the tubes are set by using the electronic temperature controller (optional).

Application area
YKTG EvaPor nitrogen evaporators are mostly used when it is necessary to concentrate a large number of samples or evaporate volatile solvents quickly and without the risk of sample oxidation in the chemical, pharmaceutical and food industries, as well as in the environmental protection. The EvaPor system is designed to install 16, 24 or 30 tubes with a diameter of 16 mm. For the installation of smaller diameter tubes, Eppendorf tubes (Eppendorf), and vials, special thermo-conductive adapters are used.
