Flow-Through Membrane Filter Holders YKTG Filtrotech © for 47, 90, 142, 293 mm membrane filters
Flow-through filter holders are designed to filter large volumes of liquid through flat disk membrane filters, with a diameter of 47, 90, 142, 293 mm.
Filter holder for flat membrane filters is a distribution device which can be connected to a drain adapter or a vacuum distributor. The distribution device of a filter holder is equipped with the seat for a membrane filter of the corresponding diameter. The membrane filter is pressed by means of a flange-cover with clamps and an inlet nipple of the filter holder.
For membrane filtration under pressure, the filter holders of this series are used together with injection tanks and filtrate receivers.
If the filtration is carried out under vacuum, the filter holder for membrane filtration is connected to the vacuum receiver.
The functioning efficiency of the flow-through membrane filter holders of this type largely depends on the correct choice of the working filtering scheme and auxiliary equipment.

Exploitation
- Mount the filter holder on a special stand (legs) or a tripod
- Connect the receiving tank or manifold to the outlet drain nipple of the filter holder
- Remove the filter holder pressing flange-cover
- Place the membrane filter in the seat
- Clamp the pressing flange-cover of the membrane filter holder and secure it with screw-nuts or clamps (depending on the filter holder model)
- Connect the feeding tank or manifold to the inlet nipple of the membrane filter holder
